Deviled Eggs – Irish Style

When a I spent a month in Ireland I loved the beer but had a hard time enjoying some of the food because they don’t really season their food. I lost 7 lbs and ate a lot of eggs. I found out when you eat a lot of protein your bodies metabolism speeds up and you feel full easily. You learn something new everyday 🙂 I love deviled eggs and especially the way they made them in Ireland. So I dug out the recipe because I plan on making them this week. Easy and awesome…. enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of mayo
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • paprika to sprinkle on top

Directions:

  1. Slice hard boiled eggs in half longways
  2. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl
  3. Mash yolks with a fork and then add rest of ingredients
  4. Mix well and fill eggs whites with filling
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and chill
